Crispy laced edges, deeply caramelised patty, American cheese that's actually earned its place. This is the benchmark.

Supernova: London's Best Smash?
Flew over, burger paid for itself. The OG Smash is a stone-cold classic. Better edges than anything stateside so far.

A proper pub burger — which sounds like faint praise until you realise how rare that actually is.

The Story
Honest eats. Real ratings.
One of my favourite dinner party questions is to ask what someone's death row meal might be. It could be something nostalgic, it could be sentimental or it could just be choosing the most amazing flavours they've encountered.
But it made me realise, I would not hesitate in having a cheeseburger as my death row meal. But which one?
Thankfully, being a long haul airline pilot allows me to travel the world, and hunt the very best cheeseburgers.
